how I stop feeling bad and get back to being productive

 how to get out of a rut

sort out your mind:

exercise, read, starve your brain of dopamine, meditate - something along those lines

sort out your plan

what do you want to do tommorow

what do you need to do to make that tommorow happen?

answer that or yourself but likely

sort out yourself

im thinking haircut, cloths, workout

if anything is too big a barrier make it easier

by pommadoro technique or watching tv or something whilst doing it

ok once youve sorted out yourself

sort out your enviroment

this for me means clean your room

then finalise your plans

timeblock tomorrow

make it hard to fail

what is the one thing that if you achieve it tomorrow will make it something of a success

then get a good night's sleep

when do you want to wake up? - set up sleep cycle to wake you up then

decide when to go to bed - timeblock backwards in 90min blocks eg. if you want to wake up at 6 you can go to bed at 10, or 11:30 or 8:30

execute

you wont fail

you are strong and powerful and determined and ambitious and you

i know you

you wouldnt let anything get in the way of what you want

if you do, it is ok - repeat this process the next day
