Being with your thoughts

 Being able to be with your own thoughts is a super power/ super time that to many people neglect


The ability to focus for long periods of time is a skill that is incredibly useful for school, one that can be trained and one that most people weaken by hitting their brains with constant short duration dopamine hits ( Tik tok)


Sometimes your brain is off, let it rest properly and sometimes it’s on- get some paper and let it think 


80% of your output comes from 20% of your time


Being prepared = or > being confident 


The past is gone, learn from it 

The present is now act in it 

The future is ahead plan for it
